I think people are … I think people are missing the point. To be able to make a good movie, it can’t always contain the same things it did in the series, there’s always a difference between TV and movies.
The original creators of the show are executive producers, and they’re known to be stubborn, I don’t think they’d let anything too drastic happen to it, seriously.
And I really wish people would stop complaining about the race issue, yeah they mixed it up, but at least it’s not as bad as Dragonball Evolution!!

It’s American Anime, not the same thing as “regular” anime, it’s only the art-style of a Japanese anime. For example:
Japanese-Anime= Naruto, Death Note, and Dragon Ball Z
American “inspired” Anime= Avatar, the Boondocks, and Totally Spies.

I just saw the new … I just saw the new theatrical trailer for Avatar TLA at Ironman 2. You have GOT to get this thing up!!! It’s so good, it’s like the first trailer was almost a joke.
@Ultima713 oh okay. … @Ultima713 oh okay. I just knew it was one of the characters we knew and it was the fire nation planning to do something that we ended up seeing take place within the series rather than a random unheard of bad guy plotting some unheard of scheme. lol
@Axxidous It was … @Axxidous It was Zhao who went to the library who found out that the moon spirit could be killed. The comet had nothing to do with the library- Ozai and the rest of the Fire Nation already knew about the comet, since Firelord Sozin had used the previous comet to destroy the Air Nomads.
@disneychec … @disneychec Especially considering the movies where the director doesn’t change take longer mostly cuz they don’t start pre-production of the next film until even months after the previous film was released. lol
@disneychec I guess … @disneychec I guess but that doesn’t seem to help Harry Potter on specific films that switch directors. I think it’s actually slower cuz they don’t decide if it’s gonna be a same or different director til later. They only just now got the director for the fourth Twilight film and the 3rd is about to be released. So it’s obviously not that much faster.

Only thing I don’t … Only thing I don’t get is the dragon tells him “in 3 years” meaning 3 years over the course of 2 and a half movies. Thing is this movie synopsis and the clips shown make it sound like a SHORTER amount of time than in the cartoon. I mean, how long does it take to go across the world flying when dealing with stuff? Looks like no more than a week. There’s ways to make it seem like a whole year within a movie without time skips but this doesn’t seem like it. XP
