Is there a place or forum on the web that allows you to post your stories and have critics read them?

Basically as the question states. I write blurbs, short stories, social commentary, but I am not a trained writer, and still not quite confident in my ability as a writer. I would like a place where I could get feedback (positive or negative) and general advice on the craft of writing. Anyone know of a place online where this happens?
