How about a non-fictional essay about the pervasive abuse of the internet (and perhaps, this website specifically) by America’s schoolchildren in order to avoid creative, critical thought and imagination (i.e. work)? Of course, one can make a compelling argument that it’s the fault of the teachers, for being too lazy or apathetic to create assignments that cannot simply be outsourced. You can even use your own writing assignment as the subject!
