As a new reader, what short story collection by David Sedaris should I start with?

I recently read that the short story collections of David Sedaris have a strong following. Which book of his should I read first?

I would start with "Me Talk Pretty One Day." Its essays include Sedaris’ childhood self, so it feels like it’s chronologically correct to begin there, regardless of in what order he wrote his books.

My family has a tradition of about five years now where we read aloud some holiday-themed Sedaris essay Christmas Day, when we’re all hanging around together. We love him!

Me Talk Pretty One Day is my personal favorite, but Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim is a close second.

    Naked is really good, too.

Really, it doesn’t matter which one. You’ll absolutely love it. And I promise you’ll be sitting there reading and just burst into uncontrollable laughter. Seriously, he’s hysterical.
