I remember reading … I remember reading this story elsewhere. It truly deliver a nice message. i like the way you say “Thank you very much” in the old man’s voice. There is no doubt that you can become an excellent actor. Why not try it?
yeah i like to hear … yeah i like to hear the story any but not like to read only watch and hear and listen ! read only if that very very interested!
ta very much!
you are fabulous … you are fabulous Mister Duncan, you should learn the world to speak properly, lots of work! But at least everybody on earth, especially in America would be understandable
Sorry to correct … Sorry to correct you, but what I actually said was that there should be no pressure to speak English in any particular way. If a person chooses a certain accent then that is all well and good. My point is (and will always be) that if you can be clearly understood when speaking, then you do not have to knock yourself out trying to sound like another person…and believe me I have seen young students actually cry because they feel so frustrated over this dilemma.

in one of your … in one of your videos, you said that it doesn’t matter if one speaks English with the accent of a native speaker or not,as long as one is understood by others. I believe accent does matter in that the accent of a native speaker generates a respect and a love in other native speakers that are not felt when it’s spoken with a non-native speaker’s accent. An accent may or may not cause a feeling of kinship in others depending on both the speaker and the receiver
